Wilco has come out with another great album, this year’s The Whole Love which almost plays out like a greatest hits of what they’ve played through the years, offering a little bit of everything that people like about them. On “Capitol City” they turn a Sky Blue Sky-esque Randy Newman styled jaunt into a formidable song with some great harmonies, great arrangement choices and some of the sonic experimentation that made them so great on Yankee Hotel Foxtrot.
